How to delete your chat data
If you chatted with Lucky Nail Supply on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, you can ask us to delete your chat records at any time.
Option 1: Send the message DELETE MY DATA in the same Messenger or Instagram chat. We will confirm and delete your records within 7 days.
Option 2: Email customerservice@luckynailsupply.com with the subject "Chat data deletion" and the name on your Facebook or Instagram account.
We delete your messages, our replies, your Messenger or Instagram ID and your first name from our systems. Records of purchases you made on luckynailsupply.com are kept as required for accounting and tax.
Chat records are also deleted automatically after 90 days.
